The Air Force Civilian Service (AFCS) is looking for a Full-Time Chief of Test (NH-1101-04) to work for the Air Force Materiel Command (AFMC) in the Air Force Life Cycle Management Center (AFLCMC), Combat Readiness (RO), Support Equipment and Vehicles (ROZ) at Robins AFB, GA.

In this position you will serve as Support Equipment and Vehicles Chief of Test. The Chief of Test serves as the principal authority overseeing all test and evaluation (T&E) planning, execution, and resource management for the USAF Support Equipment and Vehicles Division within the Combat Readiness Directorate. In this role, the incumbent guides division-level testing activities, to include coordinating Configuration Control Board (CCB) submittals and developing comprehensive Test Strategies.

Acting as the division’s functional expert, they provide critical guidance on T&E policy and practices while delivering strategic recommendations to senior leadership ensuring standardized, mission-ready testing across the division.

• Test Program Oversight:
  Oversee all planning, execution, and resource management for division-level test and evaluation (T&E) activities within the USAF Support Equipment and Vehicles Division.
• Strategic & Configuration Management:
  Coordinates Configuration Control Board (CCB) submittals and develops comprehensive Test Strategies to support acquisition and sustainment life cycles.
• Advisory & Policy Leadership:
  Serves as the principal T&E policy expert, providing strategic recommendations and technical guidance to division-level leadership.
• Cross-Functional Guidance:
  Delivers functional expertise and decisive leadership to subordinate branches to ensure standardized, mission-ready testing across the division
