KSA Integration is seeking a Case Management Lead for the AFRC Aeromedical Case Management Support at Robins AFB, GA. You will lead a six-person team, own quality control, and serve as the single point of contact to the Government customer.
You will oversee workload balancing, reporting, and scheduling while ensuring timely processing of aeromedical cases and maintaining performance above contract thresholds. This is a full-time on-site role with limited telework.
