Position: Project Manager - Workforce Development (5620)

Next Path Workforce Solutions is currently seeking a Project Manager – Workforce Development Software to join our client’s team in Texas
. This is a remote role for candidates in Texas,
direct hire position.

SALARY: $90,000 - $100,000 (depending on experience)

REQUIREMENTS
  • 5+ years of software project management experience
  • 5+ years of Workforce Development, TANF, and SNAP experience
  • Knowledge of relational databases and basic SQL query techniques
  • Bachelor’s Degree in business or related field, or equivalent experience
  • PMP certification required; SCM, CAPM, or formal project management training preferred
RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Develop, maintain, and execute project plans, including tasks, milestones, and resource allocation
  • Coordinate with designers, engineers, QA, vendors, and clients to deliver project milestones
  • Communicate project status, issues, risks, and concerns effectively to stakeholders
  • Oversee daily operational aspects of projects, ensuring timely delivery and quality standards
  • Assist technical teams with design and development tasks and supporting testing processes
  • Review deliverables before client delivery for quality assurance
  • Facilitate team and client meetings, providing clear updates and issue resolution
  • Manage client interactions, including support, feedback, and expectation setting
  • Gather and document client requirements and translate into project scope
  • Identify areas for process improvement and recommend constructive changes
  • Prepare and deliver client training, including webinars, and coordinate training activities
  • Maintain project documentation and ensure compliance with project standards
  • Monitor and manage change requests and incident reports from clients
