Our growing outpatient medical practice is seeking a strong, systems-minded nursing leader to oversee a growing clinical team. This is not a traditional supervisory role — this is a strategic leadership position.

What You’ll Lead- Oversight of LPNs MAs
- Clinical workflow optimization and patient throughput
- Quality metrics and value-based care initiatives
- Regulatory compliance and audit readiness
- Team culture and performance management
- Decisive leadership
- Operational efficiency
- Professionalism and ownership
- Active LPN license (Georgia)
- 5+ years clinical experience
- Prior leadership experience preferred
- Outpatient or primary care experience preferred
