Organizational Relationship

This position reports directly to the Loonie Supervisor.

• Ability to read and understand instructions and schedules.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
• Strong communication skills to accurately issue materials to recipients.
• Math skills required to calculate inventory and product counts.
• Strong leadership abilities.
• Strong organizational skills.
• Team player.
• Knowledge of cabinet parts and quality standards.
• Knowledge of computers.
• Must be able to pass the assessment test conducted as part of the interview process.

• Leads area to achieve production goals.
• Prepares daily assignments.
• Is responsible for security of the area and maintaining inventory accuracy.
• Works overtime and weekends as required.
• Trains new associates.
• Effectively leads employees to ensure HPU goals are met.
• Motivates employees to perform their best.
• Plans to prevent part shortages.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
