• Salary: $22.00 – $24.00 hourly
• Work Schedule:
  
  Monday – Friday, 4PM – 12AM (2nd Shift)

• Assist in operating the printing equipment and related auxiliary tools.
• Print labels that match or exceed the quality expected by the customer.
• Maintain and oversee equipment to ensure it is well maintained and in good operating condition.
• Perform day‑to‑day troubleshooting of printing issues, with a primary focus on rolls on and rolls off.
• Conduct daily safety inspections of the work area and address any noted issues.
• Operate the press in a safe manner following safety and PPO rules.
• Analyze and follow the press schedule, planning what is needed for completion of a work order.
• Utilize all auxiliary tools installed at the press for process control and traceability.
• Communicate and share information about experiences and troubleshooting.
• Perform corrective actions in a timely manner; any non‑conforming product must be identified and segregated.
• Proactively assist to improve process, methods, equipment, and materials.
• Permanently control the printing process.
• Be responsible for quality and productivity.
• Maintain a clean and safe working environment.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

• High School Diploma equivalent.
