Depot Aircraft Maintenance SME

Kearney and Company is hiring a Depot Aircraft Maintenance SME at Warner-Robins Air Force Base in Georgia to provide depot-level support for aircraft maintenance operations and maintenance repair and overhaul (MRO) process optimization.

• Functional expertise will be instrumental in overseeing and optimizing Maintenance, Repair, and Overhaul (MRO) systems, ensuring that processes run efficiently and effectively.
• Leverage in-depth knowledge of depot airline maintenance to address complex challenges, and streamline workflows to contribute to the overall success of maintenance operations.
• Requires a hands‑on approach, where you will collaborate with teams to implement best practices, troubleshoot issues, and drive continuous improvement in maintenance procedures.

• Minimum 5 years MRO or depot airline maintenance SME experience.
• Minimum 5 years aircraft maintenance experience.
• Effective written and verbal English communication skills to work in a collaborative environment with government and contractor teams.
• Must be self‑driven and able to work independently in a dynamic environment.
• Ability to obtain and maintain US Secret Clearance (US Citizenship required).

• Bachelor’s Degree.
• Working functional Oracle experience.
• Familiarity with Impresa software will be advantageous.
• Exposure to change management methodologies will be helpful.

The expected salary range for this position is between $80,000 and $140,000. This range is representative of base pay only and does not include straight time pay for hours worked over 40 per week, company contributions towards paid benefits, and/or bonuses. Actual compensation will be determined based on specific experience, education, work location, clearance level, and other factors permitted by law.

This position is eligible for bonuses (when applicable).
