• Kick off your shift by reviewing work orders, blueprints, and technical drawings, confirming specs and tolerances before a single chip flies.
• Set up CNC machines for production runs—load tooling, set work offsets, verify programs, and run first-article checks.
• Run parts to specification, monitoring machine operations for accuracy, surface finish, and cycle-time efficiency.
• Handle routine maintenance and basic troubleshooting to keep equipment performing at peak levels.
• Collaborate with teammates to refine processes, share best practices, and improve throughput without compromising quality.
• Keep your station audit-ready—organized, safe, and compliant with shop standards.
• Record production data, note variances, and quickly report any discrepancies to leadership.

• High school diploma or equivalent; a machining certificate or technical degree is a plus.
• Hands-on experience as a CNC machinist (or closely related role) with a track record of producing quality parts.
• Fluency in reading and interpreting blueprints, drawings, and technical documentation.
• Solid understanding of CNC programming concepts and machine operation.
• Comfort using precision hand metrology and inspection tools to verify dimensions.
• A solutions-first mindset, sharp attention to detail, and strong problem-solving abilities.
• Independent work habits balanced with a collaborative spirit.
