Industrial Automation Maintenance Supervisor

As our Industrial Automation Maintenance Supervisor, you’ll orchestrate safe, reliable, and efficient maintenance operations that keep production humming and people growing.

A Day in Your Role The shift begins with a focused huddle. You align priorities, assign work, and ensure everyone understands the plan. As the day unfolds, you balance manpower and materials, schedule critical interventions, and coordinate with production so throughput stays on target. When issues arise, you dive in—diagnosing electrical and mechanical faults, interpreting PLC logic, and restoring equipment performance with urgency and care.

Alongside the technical work, you’re building capability: coaching individuals, conducting performance and development conversations, and partnering with HR to recruit, onboard, and upskill a team that’s ready for tomorrow’s technology.

What You’ll Lead Team leadership and development—facilitate daily meetings, coach technicians and team leaders, deliver training, and drive accountability.

Maintenance operations—plan schedules and resources, coordinate activities with production, and solve problems to reduce downtime and boost reliability.

Safety, quality, and compliance—translate EHS, 5S, ISO quality, and production objectives into action; enforce policies and cultivate a safety-first culture.

Communication and collaboration—work seamlessly with peers, production leadership, vendors, suppliers, and technical specialists.

Your Background Education & Experience (one of the following paths)
Associate Degree from an accredited technical school or two-year college; orBoth a minimum of two (2) years of leadership responsibility in industrial maintenance and training, and a minimum of five (5) years of maintenance experience in a multi-craft industrial environment; orAn equivalent combination of education and experience.

Industrial troubleshooting and root cause analysis
