About the Role

Zadok Jewelers is seeking a talented and versatile Graphic Designer to join our in-house marketing team at our Houston flagship.

This full-time role will help bring the Zadok brand to life across digital, print, email, web, out-of-home, event, and in-store channels. Reporting to the Director of Digital Marketing, the Graphic Designer will translate campaign strategies and merchandising priorities into elevated, on-brand creative that reflects Zadok’s luxury aesthetic and distinctly Texas point of view.

The designer will work closely with members of the marketing team, jewelry and watch brand partners, web developers, publishers, vendors, and other internal stakeholders. The ideal candidate combines strong creative instincts with excellent organization, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced retail and e-commerce environment.

Responsibilities
  • Brand and Campaign Design: Create polished, on-brand Zadok visuals for digital advertising, email campaigns, web banners, billboards, magazine advertising, invitations, presentations, event materials, custom signage, and other marketing needs. Develop co-branded campaigns, adhering to the guidelines and approval processes of our co-op partners.
  • Email Marketing: Lead the creative execution of Zadok’s email marketing, including design, product merchandising, asset preparation, and campaign implementation in Klaviyo. This also includes co-branded email marketing.
  • Web and E-Commerce: Design landing pages, campaign modules, and other website elements for mobile and desktop. Partner with the front-end web developer to bring new layouts and experiences to life and implement creative assets within Shopify.
  • Editorial and Print Support: Support select creative and production needs for the annual Zadok Magazine in collaboration with the marketing team, publisher, and other project partners. Additional print responsibilities include advertisements, window display vinyls, lookbooks, and branded collateral.
  • Cross-Channel Creative: Collaborate with the social media manager and broader marketing team to extend campaign concepts across channels and integrate multiple jewelry and watch brands, while maintaining a consistent visual identity.
  • Image Production: Perform image selection, cropping, resizing, basic retouching, color correction, and other production work required for digital and print applications.
  • Project and Production Management: Prepare accurate, production-ready files; follow vendor specifications; maintain organized creative assets; manage revisions and versions; and consistently meet project deadlines.
  • Brand Stewardship: Help maintain and evolve Zadok’s visual standards across all customer touchpoints, ensuring that creative work feels cohesive, current, and appropriate for a luxury retail brand.
Required Skills and Experience
  • Three or more years of professional graphic design experience, preferably within luxury, fashion, jewelry, watches, retail, hospitality, publishing, or a related consumer brand. Agency or multi-brand experience are a strong plus.
  • A compelling portfolio demonstrating sophisticated typography, strong layout and composition, visual storytelling, and experience designing across both print and digital formats.
  • Advanced proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud, particularly Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign.
  • Strong understanding of color theory, typography, image composition, branding, and design fundamentals.
  • Demonstrated ability to interpret creative direction and develop thoughtful, polished design solutions.
  • Working knowledge of print production, including file preparation, resolution, color modes, bleeds, and vendor specifications.
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize multiple projects and meet deadlines.
  • Exceptional attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy and consistency.
  • Collaborative, positive, and comfortable working with cross-functional team members, external partners, and vendors.
