CRM and Data Management Specialist

Position Type: $21/hr | Part-Time (20 hrs/week), Non-Exempt, Remote

Turning Point of Lehigh Valley has an immediate opening for a CRM and Data Management Specialist to support our mission by maintaining accurate donor data and helping our Advancement team grow vital support for survivors of abuse.

The CRM and Data Management Specialist maintains our Virtuous CRM database, processes daily gifts and acknowledgments, manages donor receipting, and generates data reports to track fundraising performance. This role is perfect for someone who is detail-oriented, tech-savvy, and passionate about strengthening nonprofit operations. Occasional evening or weekend hours may be required, along with occasional in-person attendance at meetings or trainings.

This position is part-time, non-exempt, and offers remote flexibility. We offer paid training and the chance to grow in a mission-driven team that is committed to empowerment, equity, and healing.

The successful candidate is organized, thorough, and proactive. Must have at least one year of experience with CRM or database management (nonprofit experience preferred), strong Excel skills, and excellent written and verbal communication. A valid driver’s license and access to reliable transportation may be needed. Preferred candidates will be fluent in English and another language.
