Position: Programmes and Partnerships Executive (Environmental Sustainability)

Salary: $3,900 – $4,900 per month (hourly paid)
Contract Duration: 6 months
Working Hours: Monday – Friday, Office Hours

Job Responsibilities
  • Plan, coordinate and execute environmental engagement and outreach programmes and campaigns in collaboration with internal departments and external stakeholders.

  • Support the planning and coordination of key national outreach campaigns and programmes with corporates and NGOs to promote environmental ownership and encourage participation.

  • Build and manage relationships with partners across the People, Private and Public (3P) sectors, identifying opportunities for collaboration on environmental outreach and partnership programmes.

  • Engage corporate partners and community stakeholders to encourage environmental action and support key environmental protection initiatives.

  • Track and monitor programme progress, KPIs and resources, and conduct reviews to identify areas for continuous improvement.

  • Maintain corporate databases and support the management of appointed vendors for corporate engagement activities.

  • Support the planning and organisation of divisional events, projects and outreach activities.

  • Perform other ad-hoc duties as assigned.

Job Requirements
  • Singaporean.

  • Degree in any discipline.

  • Preferably 1–2 years of experience in outreach, engagement, partnerships or a related field.

  • Experience working with corporate organisations and/or NGOs will be an advantage.

  • Experience in stakeholder, project, events and vendor management.

  • Strong interest in environmental sustainability, community engagement and working with corporate and NGO partners.

  • Excellent written, communication and interpersonal skills.

  • Able to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team.

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Word, PowerPoint and Excel.
