Full-time, Part-time, and PRN, Days and Overnights;
Up to 12 hour shifts

Family First Homecare (FFHC) seeks a compassionate and skilled Registered Nurse (RN) or Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to deliver high-quality, in‑home nursing care to pediatric patients. In this vital role you will provide comprehensive nursing services, adhering to Family First Homecare policies and all state and federal regulations.

• Provide nursing care within the scope of licensure or certification.
• Maintain current clinical records for each patient, meeting documentation deadlines.
• Continuously evaluate the effectiveness of nursing services for patients and families.
• Consult with physicians on changes to care plans and document/report those changes.
• Mentor or coach new employees during patient‑specific orientations.
• Educate patients and caregivers on topics related to care needs.
• Participate in FFHC Quality Assurance and Performance Improvement (QAPI) program as requested.
• Continuously improve nursing care skills.
• Attend and complete all mandatory trainings and in‑services as assigned.
• Submit required personnel file documentation in a timely manner.
• Adhere to FFHC compliance and ethics expectations.
• Maintain patient and family confidentiality.
• Demonstrate professional, supportive, and responsive interpersonal communication skills.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

• Ability to read and communicate in English both verbally and in writing.

• Work performed in patients’ homes; no substantial adverse environmental exposure.
• Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds without an assisted lifting device.
• Frequent use of office machines, including telephone, computer, and printer.

• RN or LPN nursing degree.
• Unencumbered RN/LPN license in the state of employment or multi‑state license where recognized.
• At least one year of demonstrated experience preferred.
• Valid driver’s license with proof of insurance in applicable states.
• Clear background screening.
• Working knowledge of Nurse Practice Acts.
• Valid and current CPR certificate with in‑person instructor‑led hands‑on skills check.
• Clear Hepatitis B and TB screening in applicable states.
