Licensed Practical Nurse​/Registered Nurse

Health Ministries Clinic (HMC) is seeking a compassionate and experienced Registered Nurse or Licensed Practical Nurse to join our integrated care team in Newton, Kansas. This is a full‑time position offering the opportunity to provide patient‑centered care in a collaborative, mission‑driven environment.

As a vital member of our care team at a Federally Qualified Health Center (FQHC), you’ll support the delivery of outpatient primary care in collaboration with physicians, behavioral health providers, and fellow nurses. Our model emphasizes whole‑person, evidence‑based care

• Communicate and collaborate with providers, medical assistants, and other healthcare professionals to deliver optimum primary care
• Create and contribute to patients' electronic medical records to ensure accuracy and completeness
• Administer medications, vaccinations and render treatment to all ages as ordered by a healthcare provider
• Respond appropriately to inquiries, concerns and complaints from patients, parents, or caregivers
• Participate in quality improvement efforts
• Assist with tracking and maintaining a medical supply inventory

• Degree in Nursing
• Current unrestricted Kansas Nursing License
• 1+ years' nursing experience, clinic or public health nursing preferred
• Current BLS certification
• Knowledge of public health preferred
• Strong working knowledge of EMR
