Axis Spine and Pain, a Partner Care affiliated company, is seeking a Full time-Registered Nurse/Licensed Practical Nurse, to join our growing and established practice in Warner Robins, GA (Lakeview Surgery Center).

- Execute on the planning and delivery of direct and indirect patient care through the nursing process of assessment, planning, intervention, and evaluation.
- Develop a care plan in coordination with patients, families, and interdisciplinary staff as necessary – including discharge planning process.
- Communicate changes in patient's clinical conditions with Physicians, Nursing Supervisor/Manager, and teammates.
- Performs a basic assessment of patients, indicating adequate knowledge of anatomy, physiology, and pathology.
- Records vital signs.
- Identifies abnormal diagnostic data and shows a fundamental understanding of its implications by reporting information to the physician and others caring for the patient and incorporating information in the nursing care plan.
- Will rotate to perform pre-operative, operative and post-operative duties.
- Includes the patient and his or her family in planning care, establishing priorities, and setting goals.
- Uses care plans as a basis for providing safe and therapeutic care to patients.
- Accepts accountability for clinical care of assigned patients.
- Supports nursing care standards through adherence to existing policies and procedures.

Education and Experience- Current Registered Nurse license in the State of Georgia.
- BLS & ACLS required.
- We prefer at least two years of experience but are willing to train newer teammates with the right focus on patient care, service, and teamwork.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills to communicate care plans to patients and teammates and to chart information into Electronic Health Records (Amkai Solutions).
