THIS ROLE
- Hours: Evening & Weekend
- Tue, Thu, Fri: 5:00 pm - 8:00 pm
- Sat, Sun: 2:00 pm - 8:00 pm
- Hours are flexible—let's discuss!
Clinical responsibilities:
- Triaging text messages and calls from caregivers, providing clinical guidance
- Responding to non-urgent and urgent messages, pictures, videos, and calls from parents regarding their child's health, and providing appropriate assessments and plans
- Collaborating with the on-call PCP to manage messages and learn from each other
Administrative responsibilities:
- Documenting vaccine records for new patients
- Creating vaccine catch-up schedules for patients behind on vaccines
- Uploading test results and clinic notes from referral partners
- Performing other administrative tasks as needed
