Center Supervisor

Job Description

Every day, the donors you meet will motivate you. The high-quality plasma you collect will become life-changing medicines. You will report to the Center Manager and oversee the general management of employees assigned to the production areas.

• Oversee employee performance and scheduling
• Lead inventory control efforts and operational initiatives
• Work with donors to resolve concerns
• Analyze opportunities specific to non-conforming events
• Perform all tasks for medical history, phlebotomy, and sample processing areas
• Foster teamwork, communicate, and resolve conflicts

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Cardiopulmonary resuscitation (CPR) and AED certification
• Frequent bending and reaching
• Ability to walk and stand for entire shift, frequent lifting to 32 pounds and occasional lifting to 50 pounds
• Fine motor coordination, depth perception, and ability to monitor equipment from a distance
• Prolonged glove wear required because of potential exposure to blood borne pathogens

U.S. hourly wage range: $22.80 - $31.35. The actual hourly wage offered may depend on qualifications, experience, and location. Eligible U.S. employees may receive short-term incentives, medical, dental, vision insurance, a 401(k) plan with company match, short-term and long-term disability coverage, basic life insurance, a tuition reimbursement program, paid volunteer time off, company holidays, well-being benefits, up to 80 hours sick time, and up to 120 hours paid vacation for new hires.
