As an OB/GYN Certified Nurse Midwife
, you'll provide comprehensive women's healthcare in both clinic and hospital settings.
Your responsibilities include:
- Provide full-scope midwifery care, including prenatal, labor and delivery, postpartum, and well-woman services
- Deliver care in both outpatient clinics and hospital settings
- Collaborate with OB/GYN physicians, nurses, and clinical staff to ensure exceptional patient outcomes
- Participate in a shared call rotation with manageable call responsibilities
- Educate and support patients and families throughout pregnancy, childbirth, and postpartum recovery
- Deliver evidence-based, compassionate care focused on patient safety and satisfaction
- Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation
Required Qualifications
- Certified Nurse Midwife (CNM)
- Active Georgia license or eligibility for licensure
- Current DEA registration or ability to obtain
- Strong clinical assessment and decision-making skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Commitment to delivering compassionate, patient-centered care
- Previous experience in an OB/GYN practice, hospital, or women's health setting
- Experience independently managing labor and delivery patients within a collaborative care model
