Hours:

Responsibilities:
- Provide direct, evidence-based care to telemetry patients, closely monitoring cardiac patterns and vital signs.
- Assess, implement, and evaluate individualized care plans, prioritizing patient safety and satisfaction.
- Communicate effectively with physicians, patients, and families to support treatment goals and care transitions.
- Document observations, interventions, and outcomes accurately and promptly.
- Educate patients and families about conditions, medications, and discharge planning.
- Adhere to all policies, regulatory standards, and infection control protocols.
Qualifications:
- Valid and unrestricted RN license
- Minimum one year of recent experience in acute care Telemetry nursing
- BLS and ACLS certifications (AHA preferred)
- Strong clinical assessment and critical thinking skills
- Ability to thrive in fast-paced environments and adapt to diverse team dynamics
