Psychiatric or Mental/Behavioral Health LPN. The LPN is responsible for applying the nursing process and providing patient care in psychiatric or community settings, with supervision from a Registered Nurse and collaboration with the care team.
Responsibilities- making clinical judgments, delivering effective care, and ensuring patient well-being in mental health environments.
- Current LPN license in the assigned state
- Preferred 1 year experience in psychiatric care
- Current CPR certification (if applicable)
- TB Questionnaire, PPD, or chest x-ray (if applicable)
- Current health certificate as per regulations
- Meet all federal, state, and local requirements
- Minimum age of 18 years
