Three Oaks Hospice is seeking a compassionate On-Call Registered Nurse (RN) to join our team and provide skilled nursing care in clients' homes across Floyd, Bartow, Cobb, and surrounding counties.
You will coordinate care with the interdisciplinary team, ensure patient and family support, and document care in our systems. Requirements include an accredited RN degree, active state RN license and driver's license, CPR certification, and strong interpersonal skills.
