Three Oaks Hospice is seeking an On-Call Registered Nurse (RN) to join our compassionate hospice care team serving Carrollton and Newnan. You will administer skilled nursing care in patients’ homes, coordinate with the interdisciplinary team, and support families throughout the care process.
Requirements include an associate or bachelor’s degree in Nursing, current Georgia RN license, CPR certification, and prior home health or hospice experience.
