American Traveler is hiring a Registered Nurse for a Telemetry position requiring 18 months of tele experience and a GA or compact license.
Requirements- Active GA or compact RN license in hand
- BLS (AHA) certification required to start
- Minimum 18 months of telemetry nursing experience
- Skilled in IV insertion and PICC line care
- Meditech charting experience
- Pulmonary telemetry unit within a hospital setting
- 3x12 AM shifts totaling 36 hours per week
- No on-call requirements
- Uses Meditech charting system
- Provide telemetry nursing care within a pulmonary unit
- Must reside more than 50 miles from the facility to be eligible
- Former Emory or Houston Perm staff must be separated for 1 year before returning to the health system, or 18 months if returning to the same facility
- RTO requests are limited to a maximum of 5 days when not falling on or near a holiday, and 3 days when falling on or near a holiday, with only one holiday request permitted
