We are seeking a self‑motivated and highly organized individual for a position that will specialize in laboratory operations at our Augusta Bio Facility.

• Maintain high standards of lab organization to support R&D efficiency.
• Manage standard operating procedures for lab related preparative work and maintain inventory of reagents, media, and consumables.
• Oversee and optimize in‑house inventory systems for accuracy and organization.
• Handle lab supply orders, stock management, and vendor relations.
• Ensure lab equipment is well‑maintained and coordinate necessary repairs.
• Improve protocols to enhance efficiency in lab operations.

• B.S. in Chemistry, Biology, Biochemistry, or related field.
• 1‑3 years of experience as either a researcher or technician in a laboratory setting (biotechnology, pharmaceutical, medical, dentistry or pharmacy).
• Experience in inventory management.

• Skilled in sterile technique and laboratory techniques such as autoclaving and reagent preparation.
• Leading establishment of new or updated standard operating procedures

• Must be extremely organized and be able to handle multiple projects simultaneously.
• Must be a quick learner who is self‑motivated and able to ask questions and seek clarity.
• Must be flexible with day‑to‑day duties and able to thrive in a dynamic environment.
• Must be an excellent, collaborative team member with strong communication skills.
