• Implement and maintain the approved Contractor Quality Control Plan, including all required preparatory meetings, initial inspections and follow‑up inspections.
• Develop a thorough understanding of the company’s quality control program, industry standards, procedures, and other requirements needed to perform assigned work.
• Manage and review shop drawings and the product submittal process.
• Plan, schedule, and run preparatory meetings.
• Perform quality control inspections and witness tests to determine acceptability of work.
• Schedule and coordinate QA inspectors with the Owner’s Representative.
• Assist in maintaining work‑performance and inspection records, ensuring all documents are accurate.
• Assist in preparing and implementing quality control procedures, including inspection instructions, control measuring and test equipment, etc.
• Participate in internal and external quality control audits.
• Prepare and submit daily activity and workforce reports.
• Inspect and inventory material shipments for compliance.
• Address quality control issues proactively to keep the project on schedule.
• Coordinate and schedule third‑party inspectors and inspections.

• Experience as QC/QA on multiple design‑build projects.
• Four (4) year engineering degree or equivalent, or five or more years of construction QC, supervision, and/or management experience.
• Temporary relocation to the project required.
• Experience with Federal government clients preferred.
• NAVFAC/USACE QCM certification required.
• EM385 certification a plus.
• Experience with RMS software preferred.
• Field experience inspecting/installing MEP systems preferred.
