Quality Control Parts Quality Engineering
WHAT YOU WILL DO- As the person in charge of part quality control, conduct activities in charge of quality inspection and improvement activities of supplier’s parts, and conduct activities to identify new vehicle projects analysis of parts to ensure high quality and conformity to international standards.

:
Execute per Operation Plan to ensure part quality per specifications. (Field claim analysis, Supplier Management, Part inspection) - Improvement
:
Analyze the cause of the part problem, perform improvement activities and prepare and implement quality meetings. - Facility Management
:
Manage quality facility/equipment, investment cost execution/management, and supplementary investment establishment. - External Task
:
Prepare, consult, and coordinate external events. - New Vehicle
:
Participate in new vehicle projects (preparation for inspection, establishment of quality securing plan, and response to evaluation). - Conduct monitoring of vehicle faults.
- Ensure adequacy of relevant procedures and computerized systems in accordance with reference standards and applicable legal requirements.
- Plan, control, and monitor corrective actions for quality non‑conformity detected during audits.
- Prepare reports and publish timelines to provide feedback and improve the management system through technical support.
- Answer for certifications of the company regarding the product.
- Make certification planning and keep track to meet market demands.
- Generate reports on troubleshooting.
- Meet all other requirements as assigned.

WHAT YOU WILL BRING TOTHE ROLE Minimum
- Ability to understand drawing and specifications of Power Electric & CHASSIS systems.
- Excellent verbal and written communication along with problem‑solving skills.
- Bachelor's degree required.
- Minimum of 2 years of related job experience (Quality of automotive supplied parts).
- In-depth understanding of quality management system.
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering.
- Working With a Team, Planning and Organizing, Problem Solving, Communication
- Strategic thinking and mindset, willingness for transformational changes, flexibility
- Use logic and reasoning to identify strengths and weaknesses of alternative solutions, conclusions or approach to problems.
- Use prompt judgements and actions based on professionalism and experiences to find problem‑solving solutions in unexpected situations.
- Identify complex problems and review related information to develop and evaluate options and implement solutions.
- Efficiently execute tasks and maintain quality by continuously monitoring job performance; provide immediate feedback with alternative options as necessary.
- Domestic / International travel required.
- Potential for last minute travel (crisis support/management).
- Expect minimum 5–10 O/T & frequent weekend support.
