This role is specifically designed for individuals who have previously held a District Sales Manager position with Spencer's / Spirit Halloween.
The Seasonal District Sales Manager position runs from July through November and entails overseeing all store operations for an average of three stores. You will be responsible for:
To apply, candidates should be at least 21 years of age, possess a flexible schedule, and have 2 to 5 years of experience in a multi-store supervisory role. Please note, the physical demands of this position include standing, walking, climbing ladders, and lifting or moving items weighing up to 50 pounds for more than 8 hours a day.
