Join our team as a Meat Cutting Specialist, where your skills in meat cutting and merchandising will shine! We are seeking a dedicated professional who is committed to safety and quality.

• Perform meat cutting and merchandising with precision and attention to detail.
• Safely operate and maintain meat cutting equipment, including band saws.
• Adhere to all safety and sanitation procedures diligently.
• Assist in training newer meat wrappers and trainee meat cutters on best practices.
• Support the training of meat cutter trainees to help them develop essential skills.
• Help unload trucks and manage inventory counts accurately.
• Wrap meat and manage display cases as needed.
• Execute any additional tasks as assigned by the Meat Manager on Duty.

Demonstrated ability to cut and trim meat according to specifications and company guidelines. Basic math skills, including counting, addition, and subtraction, are a plus.

The role requires proximity to meat cutting and grinding equipment while in operation. Candidates must be able to lift up to 100 pounds safely, as well as perform tasks involving standing, walking, reaching, and bending.
