Food and Consumable associates focus on customer care and merchandising. They move incoming merchandise to the sales floor and develop seasonal displays to meet customer needs. This role includes work in deli, bakery, and dry grocery departments.

• In the deli, provide front‑line customer service and ensure a welcoming experience.
• In the bakery, assist customers with cake orders, decorate and serve baked goods.
• In the dry grocery department, help customers find products and maintain a clean, organized aisle.
• Clean shelves, manage temperature controls, verify expiration dates, and dispose of lower‑quality food.

• Help customers find the products they are looking for.
• Ensure high‑quality products are available in produce, deli, bakery, dairy, meat, and other departments.
• Pack ready‑to‑sell products in proper containers and stock displays.
• Prepare and serve ready‑to‑eat food.
• Assist customers with cake orders, deli orders, or product location.
• Keep the area clean, sanitized, and ready for customers.
