Collision Estimator Trainee

Job Summary

Caliber Collision has an immediate job opening for a Collision Estimator Trainee at Service Center Monroe – Hwy 74. The role involves greeting customers in person or on the phone, assessing their needs, and promptly providing guidance and assistance as required. The Trainee will assist Collision Estimators by handling vehicle drop‑offs, mapping/marking and photographing vehicles, arranging customer transportation, preparing paperwork, and performing active customer deliveries while effectively communicating with customers, teammates, vendors, and insurance partners to ensure accurate and efficient repairs in accordance with Caliber’s Standard Operating Procedures and industry guidelines.

• 2+ years of customer‑facing experience; sales experience a plus
• Valid driver’s license and eligibility for coverage under company insurance policy
• 21years of age or older
• Must be eligible to work in the U.S. with no restrictions

• Ability to perform consistent physical activity – reach below and above shoulder level, kneel, bend, squat, and lift objects over 50lbs.
• Passion for learning the collision industry
• Ability to understand written and verbal instructions
• Strong prioritization and adaptation skills in a fast‑paced environment
• Provide personable, friendly “world‑class” customer service to internal and external customers
