Support all aspects of the visual merchandising processes for the store by planning and leading transitions, reinventions, product assortment changes, and resets while maintaining visual integrity and an organized environment;
Plan/executing the daily/weekly workload and assigned tasks to deliver on visual merchandising, department and store sales goals, guest engagement, etc.;
Participate in freight processes for incoming freight and/or transitions, include freight sorts and stocking while maintaining a neat zone;
Support the store team in customer satisfaction, inventory control/shrink, safety, loss prevention, and customer experience;
Coach and model visual merchandising standards and train team members on visual priorities and execution
