Oversee the receiving area operations and ensure efficient freight flow to the sales floor according to the receiving area plan;
Maintain back stock in the receiving area and manage disposition of damaged goods to minimize profit loss;
Plan, unload, check in, and support merchandising of distribution shipments; receive, verify, and merchandise direct vendor shipments;
Manage freight flow while maintaining equipment and a safe, orderly dock and exterior; ensure accuracy of incoming merchandise and set up merchandise displays;
Direct the work of Associates assisting with freight flow; act as Manager on Duty and perform additional responsibilities including opening and closing the store
