Role Summary

We are looking for a passionate and skilled Sales Engineer to drive territory sales growth across Georgia and Alabama. The role combines technical sales, account management, and business development, supporting customers in industrial manufacturing and food & beverage processing environments.

What You’ll Be Doing
  • Drive B2B sales growth by developing new business and expanding existing accounts.
  • Manage territory and execute a strategic sales plan.
  • Build relationships with plant managers, engineers, and operations leaders.
  • Deliver consultative technical sales and recommend solutions.
  • Identify and close new business opportunities.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to deliver tailored solutions.
  • Conduct product demonstrations and presentations.
  • Manage pipeline, forecasting, and CRM activity.
  • Monitor market trends and competitor activity.
  • Represent the company at industry events.
Who You’ll Be Working With
  • Internal:
    Sales, Applications Engineering, Product Management, Marketing, Customer Service, Operations
  • External:
    Industrial manufacturers, food & beverage processing plants, distributors
What You’ll Need
  • Experience in technical or industrial B2B sales
  • Knowledge of fluid handling or process equipment
  • Territory and account management experience
  • Strong communication and consultative selling skills

    CRM experience (e.g., MS Dynamics, Salesforce)
  • Ability to travel within Georgia & Alabama
  • Bachelor’s degree in engineering, business, or a related field

This position offers a salary range of USD 86,888.. Final salary offers are determined by multiple factors, including education, experience, internal equity, geographic location, and the candidate’s expertise, and therefore may vary from the range listed. Compensation may differ based on the candidate’s work location and applicable geographic market data.
