Real Estate Inside Sales Agent

Axis Real Estate Team invites you to join our Inside Sales Agent (ISA) role. Earn a base salary plus commission while working remotely from anywhere in the U.S. In this position, you’ll connect with leads, set appointments, and support our agents throughout the sales cycle.

• Connect with leads over the phone and set appointments for our agents.
• Build strong relationships while helping clients move forward with their real estate goals.
• Stay organized with proven systems and processes.
• Be the go-to guide for potential home buyers and sellers—keeping their journey smooth with regular communication via phone, email, and text.
• Spend 40–50% of your time building relationships through conversations with buyers, sellers, and our team of agents.
• Coordinate and schedule appointments for agents, ensuring no opportunities slip through the cracks.
• Create and assign personalized follow-up plans for leads, while keeping an eye on agent engagement.
• Bring energy and creativity to developing and running systems that drive growth and long-term success.

• Prior real estate sales experience with a proven sales track record.
• Must be based in the United States.
• Strong communication skills (especially over the phone).

Salary + Commission: $60,000 – $120,000 per year.
