What Sets This Role Apart
  • 3 weeks of paid training: 2 weeks in the Atlanta corporate office and 1 week in the field in your home market territory

During training and beyond, you will develop expertise in:

  • Value-based selling
  • Financing conversations
  • Operational accuracy
What You Will Do
  • Build trust with homeowners and deliver tailored solutions
  • Present and demonstrate products with confidence and clarity
  • Navigate financing conversations and position value effectively
  • Close deals at a high level while maintaining a strong customer experience
  • Maintain accurate records in CRM and ensure operational precision
  • Generate referrals and identify additional opportunities

What You Bring
  • 2 plus years of sales experience with a track record of results
  • Strong communication and relationship-building skills
  • Coachability and openness to feedback
  • Confidence in presenting, negotiating, and closing
  • Self-motivation and a results-driven mindset
  • Ability to lift 50 lbs and climb ladders for attic inspections
  • Valid driver’s license
