About RDMIRDMI Tech Ventures is an AI-first technology company serving clients across India, the US, the UK, the UAE, and Australia. We help businesses adopt AI for automation, customer service, and growth through chatbots, voice AI, workflow automation, and custom AI solutions.
We're scaling our Indian sales operations and need an Inside Sales Executive to handle inbound leads from our paid ads, website, and referrals.
What You'll Do- Respond to inbound leads quickly (within minutes during business hours)
- Run discovery calls to understand customer needs
- Deliver product demos using our standardized decks and live prototypes
- Send proposals and follow up until close
- Maintain CRM hygiene daily (Hub Spot or similar)
- Coordinate with delivery team on proposal customization
- Hit weekly call activity and conversion targets
- 12 years inside sales / inbound sales experience selling to Indian businesses
- Closed individual deals worth 50K+
- Fluent English + Hindi (or relevant regional language)
- Comfort on phone, video calls, and Whats App business communication
- Strong CRM hygiene and follow-up discipline
- Coachability you'll improve fast with our scripts and feedback
- Experience selling SaaS, IT services, digital marketing, or AI services
- Background at companies like Freshworks, Zoho, Razorpay, or similar
- Familiarity with Indian SMB buying behaviour
- Previous startup experience
- Structured sales process with proven scripts and playbooks
- AI tools (Claude, ChatGPT) for follow-ups, prep, and proposal drafts
- Direct mentorship from the founder
- Commission per closed deal + retainer commissions
- Quarterly bonuses for exceeding quota
- Path to senior sales role within 1218 months
