- Work full cycle deals from demo to close.
- Research and target companies using prospecting tools.
- Build and manage a pipeline.
- Learn and demonstrate our platform to new prospective customers.
- Negotiate contracts.

- Successfully utilize all sales tech tools.
- At least 2 years of work experience in a sales role, preferably at a startup.
- Demonstrated track record of exceeding quota.
- Love closing deals and helping businesses by delivering a product that has concrete value.
- Solutions oriented – recognize objections and help customers see value in our product regardless of industry knowledge.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills – people trust you and feel you advocate for something you believe in.
- Experience working with high‑velocity sales cycles or selling to small businesses.
- Resilient – bounce back from setbacks quickly, resourceful, and creative in getting things done.
- Comfortable with a wide range of sales tools, including Salesforce or other CRMs.
- Passion for solving big problems and having an immediate and positive impact.
- Ability to embrace feedback and hold yourself accountable.
- Ability to learn technology basics and apply them to business situations.
- Must be located in Eastern or Central time zone.
The total on target earnings (OTE) for this role is $150,000–$155,000, which includes a base salary of $77,500 and a variable target compensation of $77,500. The specific pay rate offered is based on the candidate’s relevant skills and experience. Hourly pay is just one component of the total rewards package, which also includes a comprehensive suite of physical, financial, and mental wellness benefits and stock option grants.
