Position: Customer Success Partner (HealthCare)

Overview

First Advantage seeks a Customer Success Partner to grow revenue in strategic Industrial Vertical accounts. This is a 100% remote, work‑from‑home role for individuals authorized to work in the United States.

Responsibilities
  • Develop clear sales account plans detailing customer information, industry, and risk history.
  • Track revenue trends, sales opportunities, and analyze competitive threats.
  • Meet or exceed monthly and annual revenue objectives within a defined list of named accounts.
  • Identify additional products or solutions that can be offered to each account.
  • Determine cross‑functional resources required to maximize revenue opportunities.
  • Articulate pricing, administrative procedures, and product benefits to customers.
  • Maintain awareness of competitor offerings to effectively position First Advantage solutions.
  • Prepare and deliver quarterly and annual client business reviews.
  • Document and manage all action or project plans for the assigned client base.
  • Analyze trends and recommend changes to customer programs; intervene as needed to ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Provide solutions to business problems, identify root causes, and bring resolutions.
  • Maintain current knowledge of background screening and occupational health program details.
  • Build and maintain excellent relationships at all customer levels.
  • Manage cross‑functional resources and coordinate with internal account teams.
  • Manage contractual documentation (MSAs, Schedules A, SOWs, SLAs, SOPs) and contract renewals.
  • Develop unsolicited renewal proposals with clear value propositions.
  • Monitor and report on customer programs and perform any additional duties as assigned.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience.
  • 3+ years proven experience in sales account management of complex solutions or products for strategic national or global accounts, including C‑level relationships.
  • Proficiency with MS Office applications (Word, PowerPoint, Excel).
  • Strong oral and written communication, interpersonal, and multi‑tasking skills.
  • Excellent organizational, analytical, problem‑analysis, and problem‑solving skills.
  • Demonstrated networking capabilities and a professional, business‑mature demeanor.
Preferred
  • 2+ years of virtual work experience.
  • Professional account management and sales experience.
  • Ability to work 40‑50 hour weeks with flexibility for client needs.
  • Located in an Eastern or Central time zone.

Salary

$80,000‑$95,000 annual base before bonus structure.
