In Your Next Role, You Will Be the heart of our commercial success — not just filling rooms and meeting spaces, but shaping long‑term business relationships that deliver real value.

• Sell and manage rooms, event space, and F&B services with confidence and clarity, taking responsibility for group and event from enquiry and contracting through execution
• Negotiate and sign deals that make sense — for the client and for the hotel
• Collaborate across departments to deliver experiences that exceed expectations
• Track performance and celebrate wins, because they’ll matter
• Represent Crowne Plaza Budapest and the IHG brand proudly and professionally
• Stay one step ahead of trends and competitors to spot opportunities early
• Work closely with our Global Sales Offices to maximise revenue in every segment
• Report progress weekly, because what gets measured gets improved

• Fluency in English and Hungarian (Required)
• A passion for sales, hospitality, and connecting with people
• A confident, outgoing personality with excellent communication skills
• A self‑starter mindset with strong organizational skills and follow‑through
• A commercial eye — you understand value, negotiation, and how to close a deal
• Comfortable using CRM systems and familiar with reporting tools is an advantage
• Previous experience in hospitality or B2B sales is a bonus — but not essential if you’ve got the drive and potential
• A professional appearance and positive presence, both in and out of the office
