Mega Project Representative-South Georgia District

Job Overview

The Mega Project Representative will support assigned mega projects in the South Georgia District. This position is based in Warner Robins, GA or Lagrange, GA.

• Leverage cold calling and closing skills to expand existing portfolio within a high demand market.
• Develop skills to grow a career as part of a sales or operational management track.
• Work with a collaborative team to deliver service to the customer.
• Generate profitable business from the equipment in your profit center.
• Develop the assigned territory, implement sales plans, grow business and maintain the current customer base.
• Help build the national Sunbelt branding identity.

• 4-year college degree in a related field with at least 1 year of related experience OR 3-4 years of related sales experience.
• Valid driver's license and acceptable driving record.
• At least 21 years of age.
• Strong project management, new business development and customer retention skills.
• Effective communication and negotiation skills.
• Solid computer skills.
• Knowledge of ground protection, construction or specialty industrial equipment (preferred).
• Bilingual Spanish (preferred in some locations).

• Account Manager, Rental Sales, Parts Sales, Service Manager, Customer Service Representative, Construction Manager, Tools Manager, Counter Sales Representative, Equipment Associate, Manager Trainee, Manager in Training.

Requires bending, squatting, crouching, reaching, lifting 50 pounds or more, and working indoors/outdoors as required. Reasonable accommodations may be made to comply with applicable laws.

Base Pay Range: $40,000.00 - $50,000.00. Total compensation includes base pay, a company vehicle, and a robust commission plan.
