- Build and manage a strong pipeline of prospective clients through networking, referrals, marketing initiatives, and community involvement
- Identify client needs and recommend customized insurance solutions across Property & Casualty and Life products
- Drive new business production while cultivating long-term client relationships
- Use proven sales processes, tools, and follow-up strategies to close business and support retention
- Support retention and recurring revenue through service, referrals, and account development
- Grow into increased leadership, operational, and business-development responsibilities over time
- Georgia Property & Casualty licenses or willingness to obtain them with company assistance
- Georgia Life & Health licenses or willingness to obtain them with company assistance
- Goal-oriented mindset and passion for sales
- Strong relationship-building and communication skills
