Sales and Prospecting
:
Generate new business via cold calls, networking, referrals, and community marketing.
Policy Recommendations
:
Sell personal lines, commercial, life, and specialty insurance products tailored to client needs.
Client Management
:
Handle inquiries, resolve service issues, and maintain active pipelines in the agency CRM.
Program Participation
:
Attend sales boot camps, complete Farmers University courses, and build a future business plan
What We’re Looking For:
- Property & Casualty Licensed
- Motivated self-starter with a passion for sales & entrepreneurship
- Goal-oriented mindset and strong work ethic
- Excellent communication & relationship-building skills
- Previous sales, insurance, or customer service experience (preferred, but not required)
