Our Aeronautics Systems is seeking a Principal Industrial Security Analyst (level
3) for a rotational position based out of Multiple Locations, GA.

Responsibilities

You will develop, administer, and manage security programs and procedures for classified materials, documents, and equipment. This includes interpreting and applying relevant federal security regulations to company operations, obtaining rulings, interpretations, and permissible deviations to ensure compliance. You will create memorandums and standard operating procedures that detail regulatory requirements and establish protocols for handling, storing, and record‑keeping, as well as for granting personnel and visitor access to restricted information and assets.

In addition, you will deliver security training, conduct audits, investigate violations, and produce reports outlining corrective actions. The role requires strong teamwork, collaboration in a high‑energy professional environment, and the flexibility to adapt to evolving demands and unfamiliar tasks. You will be accountable for all facets of the security program, with particular focus on facility access, classified material management, indoctrinations, debriefings, and coordination with government and company leadership.

  • Applies government regulations relevant to the protection of classified information and equipment.
  • Prepares Standard Operating Procedures for handling, storing, and protecting classified information and assets.
  • Maintains classified container program by conducting safe inspections, scheduling safe maintenance, to include issuing and changing combinations.
  • Assists the Top Secret Control Officer with program management and inventory.
  • Facilitates personnel access to the site via applicable databases.
  • Coordinates with government agencies for badges and facility access to restricted areas.
  • Conducts courier training and prepares classified packages for transport.
  • Coordinates with off‑site locations to verify and catalogue receipt of transported records and assets.
  • Conducts security education classes, audits, briefings, and debriefings.
  • Assists with COMSEC account management to include key distribution/destruction, documentation, system troubleshooting, and software upgrades.
  • Investigates security violations and prepares reports for submission to the Customer.
Basic Qualifications
  • Bachelors Degree with 5 years of industrial security experience, 3 years with a Masters, 1 year with a PhD OR an additional 4 years of industrial security experience will be considered in-lieu of a degree.
  • Experience in applying DoD SAP Manuals to daily operations.
  • Experience with SAPF/SCIF construction standards (ICD 705, UL 2050, etc.).
