Provide customer service by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and/or appropriate emergency response activities within a healthcare location;
Respond to incidents, urgent situations, and/or requests for assistance in a calm, problem-solving manner while communicating with staff, patients, and visitors;
Conduct regular and random patrols throughout buildings, entrances, parking areas, and perimeter locations to deter unwanted activity and report unusual conditions;
Monitor access points and public areas, document daily activity and/or incidents, and report security-related concerns to site contacts and Allied Universal leadership;
Support a professional environment by assisting with directions, visitor questions, and de-escalation of disruptive behavior in accordance with post orders and location procedures
