Job SummaryThis position will be an installer working as part of an install team to provide excellent customer service, exceptional workmanship and accurate HVAC system installs in a residential and light commercial setting. Good customer service focus and communication skills are required.

- Perform HVAC system start up and obtain customer approval

- High school diploma or equivalent
- Must have 3+ years prior, successful experience as an installer in the HVAC industry
- NATE certification preferred
- Must display strong communication skills and technical competence
- Ability to pass a thorough background check and drug screen
- Clean driving record
