Requirements
Physical, mental and emotional stamina to perform the duties and responsibilities of the position:
- Long Hours / shifts often required
- Experience in hospitality or hotel/previous golf experience preferred
- Valid driver’s license is required of the position
- Service and Pro-Active attitude preferred
- Open and close the Golf Shop for daily business/play
- Connecting with each of our guests whether they are golfing, renting a cruiser cart, directing them to other areas of the resort, etc. This may be done by answering the phone, or when they walk through our doors to inquire.
- Making tee-times, booking daily rental on cruisers, selling merchandise, always keeping the Golf Shop neat and tidy.
- Assisting in tournament play
- Taking care of each of our golfing guests requests, etc.
- Working with management for any other requests pertaining to the job
