Salary Range: $27.53 per hour plus fringe benefit of $11.60 per hour. ($8.60 H&W / $3.00 401k contribution)
Hours: 6:30 a.m. – 3:00 p.m. – Monday to Friday
- Shift Differential: 4% (2nd shift) or 6% (3rd shift) differential pay only if the majority of hours worked fall within the shift differential window

Performs general maintenance and repair of equipment and buildings requiring practical skill and knowledge (but not proficiency) in such trades as painting, carpentry, plumbing, masonry, and electrical work. Work involves a variety of the following duties:
Replacing electrical receptacles, wires, switches, fixtures, and motors; using plaster or compound to patch minor holes and cracks in walls and ceilings; repairing or replacing sinks, water coolers, and toilets; painting structures and equipment; repairing or replacing concrete floors, steps, and sidewalks; replacing damaged paneling and floor tiles; hanging doors and installing door locks; replacing broken window panes; and performing general maintenance on equipment and machinery.
- Employees may be subject to immunization and testing requirements pursuant to Client and current Company requirements.
- Employees must meet the requirements of the federal credentialing process to access the facility, which includes but is not limited to, obtaining facility access (aka PIV card, smart card, access card, badge) and meeting ongoing training and access requirements.
- Must be able to lift 75 lbs.
- Must be authorized to work in the US.
- No relocation assistance is available.
