Maintenance - Utilities

Work Shift:

Day - 8 Hour (United States of America)
Under general supervision of the Utilities Manager, performs general and specific duties related to the installation, inspection, operation and repair of all utility systems and equipment.

Qualifications:

Education & Training:
High School graduate or GED equivalent.

Experience:

Three (3) years in facilities maintenance working as a commercial HVAC systems technician; or any equivalent combination of education, training, and experience which provides the necessary knowledge, skills, and abilities for this position.

Required Certification/Registration/Licensure:
Current Refrigerant License/Certification. Valid Georgia driver’s license. Acceptable MVR history to meet and maintain insurance requirements must be met in order to drive HHC vehicles. CPT training within 9 months of hire.

Knowledge, Skills & Abilities:
Utilizes a variety of equipment to include multi-meters, power and hand tools, blueprints, equipment manuals and computers.
