Veteran Services Program Manager – Warner Robins, GA
Volunteers of America Southeast, Inc. (VOA Southeast) is a leading organization in behavioral health services located in Warner Robins, GA. We offer a full‑time Program Manager role within the Supportive Services for Veteran Families (SSVF) program, which provides gender‑ and culturally‑appropriate services to veterans and families, specializing in homelessness prevention, rapid re‑housing and supportive services.

Reports to: Program Director
FLSA Status: Exempt
Function: Provide day‑to‑day management and administration for SSVF staff and oversee service delivery and case management for veterans and families.
- Ensure program compliance with licensing, funding agency regulations and VOA policies and procedures.
- Promote the Housing First model and develop awareness of critical barriers to permanent housing, including rapid response and assistance with legal services where allowable.
- Communicate effectively with referring agencies, the VA, community entitlement programs, treatment providers and collateral agencies to address and correct service support issues.
- Collaborate with veterans and families to assess the impact of services from assessment to service planning, delivery and review.
- Provide program and professional supervision, promote team‑based collaborative planning, conduct quality evaluation of case files and maintain collaborative relations with the VA, SSVF staff and Coordinated Entry staff.
- Complete accurate and timely reporting in HMIS and other required systems, ensuring staff data entry is accurate.
- Perform additional duties as assigned.
- Master’s degree in counseling psychology, rehabilitative counseling or a related human services field preferred; a bachelor’s degree may substitute with relevant experience.
- Minimum two years of supervisory experience required.
- Veteran or family member of a veteran preferred.
- Strong communication, analytical and writing skills.
