Milton Hershey School is seeking compassionate Residential Youth Caregivers to support students in daily home life at a cost-free residential campus for pre-K–12 students. You will create a safe, nurturing environment, supervise routines, assist with homework, teach life skills, and encourage positive behavior.
You will collaborate with educational and support staff to promote students’ academic, social, and emotional growth, while serving as a patient, reliable mentor in a diverse community.
